A very easy read. Keith has outlined his philosophy on how to achieve success. From humble beginnings he has persevered against the odds to run various businesses by following his instinct. He has not allowed bureaucracy to stand in his way. It is not a book that gives you any legal advice but is based on his personal life.

ButtonI read the book from cover to cover and from the first word I was hooked. What I like most was the insights illustrating his personal experiences good /bad – he highlights his successes and chronicles his learning when things don’t go quite to plan. I loved the book and when I finished the final line, I knew it to have been an uplifting and inspirational experience. I began to think and wonder – is going into business possible for me & if so what would my niche be? I cannot express my critique loudly enough: I want to know more…

Button"Mine your Business is a book that takes you on a journey of entrepreneurialism. It’s an easy to follow jargon free story/account of a local man's drive to be his own boss across a number of unrelated businesses."

Button‘Mine Your Business’ is an inspirational account of a serial entrepreneur and gives insight into how to survive in business without the backing of huge banking institutions and multi-national corporations. I am glad I did not have to read a business manual with all its awful jargon, and I recommend it to anyone thinking of starting out in business, from the young person who is finding it difficult to hold down a job and believes they can do better, to people who have been business to enable them to reflect and perhaps do things differently.

Mine Your Business inspired me on many different levels. I learnt more about my grandparents. I had no idea that my grandmother was a nurse back in the 60’s or that my grandfather worked as a painter and decorator. For me, the book was more than a great read it gave me an insight of what my family’s life was like before my time. Uncle Keith’s journey to self-employment was interesting. He makes it look easy so I had no idea of what he has overcome until now. The last part of the book was a tough read for me, Our Monica. That part cut deep, as a family we all lived through that tough time. That part was also inspiring to me, Where Aunty says - Whatever plans you all have, take it from me, just do it, because you don’t know what’s around the corner, there is no warning. This gave me a buzz to keep on, keeping on.

ButtonThe thing that came across to me was not any one chapter or section but the feeling that the book was trying to install in people, which is enthusiasm, focus and to never assume that things happen by luck, although often luck plays a part.

ButtonI can relate to what Keith Seville says, like being unemployable, and you needed to get out of the rat race to find your potential. Like myself I have been through a lot of jobs, so I am on my journey right now to become more successful in all areas of my life, especially as I run my own business.

ButtonI have read the above book you have written; I must say that it is a rather well produced book. The people you met at your school, studying, work, friends, and family helped to make it an excellent book. Good Luck!
